I got to use a half size larger on the advice of some of the other reviewers and that seemed to work well for me. This seems to be the only brand I can get wide enough , at a reasonable price. These work very well for me, very comfortable good support, used for walking and biking without a problem. They're still usable after a year of exercising biking and walking in all weather, though I am buying a new pair from them, to provide better support for exercise (after a year the supports are still there, just not as supporting). But considering the amount of abuse I have given them everyday, these lasted a good amount of time.
